摘要 目前的旋转变压器大多采用粗精组合来提高其精度,粗精组合时的纠错问题是粗精组合系统的一个关键问题。基于双通道旋转变压器粗精组合轴角转换原理及纠错方法,研究设计了旋转变压器作为轴角转换器件的角度测试系统,包括:选用旋转变压器作为姿态角传感器和高低角传感器测试装置的测角元件;采用双通道旋转变压器粗精组合方式实时获取角度信息;通过与单片机的连接,选取旋转变压器数字转换器进行数字转换,完成角度信息的输出;在软件设计方案中,重点研究了粗精组合算法,采用余数比较法确定粗轴读数和精轴读数的组合关系,对粗、精轴读数进行组合纠错,提高了传感器的测角精度。 The design work about measuring angle instrument with the revolving transformer as axis-angle transforming component is discussed.The problem of error correction in precise-crude combination is a key problem in precise-crude combination system.Based on the principle and correction method of shaft angle conversion of double channel rotating transformer,the design work of the angle measurement system of rotating transformer as axis angle conversion device is discussed.The revolving transformer is used as the angle measuring element of the attitude angle sensor and the high and low angle sensor test device.The angle information is obtained in real time by the combination of the double channel rotary transformer and the crude precision.With the connection of the chip machine,the digital converter of the rotary transformer is selected for digital conversion to complete the output of the angle information.In the software design scheme,the coarse and fine combination algorithm is studied,and the combination of the readings of the coarse axis and the fine axis is determined by the remainder comparison method.The accuracy of angle measurement is improved by combined correction of coarse and fine reading.
