通过分析国内某浮法玻璃厂干法脱硫渣的成分,找出脱硫渣处理过程中存在的问题和应用难点。中国新型建材设计研究院有限公司提供两套供比选的干法脱硫渣返生产解决方案,优选后应用到生产线上。结果表明,脱硫物返生产利用方案工艺流程简单,投资少,工期短,适合在该厂使用。

By analyzing the composition of dry desulfurization slag in a floating glass factory in China, the problems and difficulties in its application were found out. Two sets of dry desulfurization slag production solution are provided by CNBM Design ＆ Research Institute Co., Ltd., which is optimized and applied to the production line. The results show that the scheme of recycling the desulphurization production has simple process, low investment and short construction period, which is suitable for the factory.
