Research and Development of the Construction Safety Protection System Based on Beidou

介绍了铁路施工过程中施工人员安全防护的现状,分析需求和存在的问题,利用北斗卫星系统定位技术,结合实时动态差分定位技术、移动通信技术、计算机网络等辅助技术,开发基于北斗施工安全防护系统,可有效地解决既有铁路施工过程中施工人员的安全防护问题,为施工人员安全提供科学的保障。

This paper introduces the current situation of the safety protection of builders during the railway construction, analyzes the requirements and the existing problems. Based on the Beidou satellite system positioning technology, the real-time kinematic （RTK） differential positioning technology, the mobile communication technology and the computer network, it develops the safety protection system, which can effectively solve the safety protection problems of builders in the existing railway construction process, and provide scientific guarantee for the builders.
