摘要
创业型大学开展的创新型创业,主要有发明性创新创业和改进性创新创业两种模式。富有学术创业精神的研究型大学主要是进行发明性创新创业,采用"学术成果转让"的学术创业路径,在学科中生产有用知识,大学学术组织发展日益分化。教学型大学主要开展改进型创新创业,相比较而言,教学型大学的学术创业和学术发展路径具有倒序性,主要采用"校企合作共进"的学术创业路径,在应用中生产知识,大学学术组织发展日益整合。
The Entrepreneurial University conducts two main innovative entrepreneurship modes of intentional innovation entrepreneurship and improved innovation entrepreneurship. Research-oriented universities, which are rich in academic entrepreneurship and whose organization development is prone to differentiation, mainly conduct intentional innovation entrepreneurship, adopt the academic entrepreneurship path of" academic a- chievement transfer" and produce useful knowledge in disciplines.Compared with research-oriented universi- ties, teaching-oriented universities, whose organization development tends to integration, reverse the order of academic entrepreneurship and academic development paths by mainly employing the " technology application" policy to produce knowledge in the process of application.
