广西基础教育师资现状及培养对策——以桂林师范高等专科学校为例 被引量:1

The Current Situation of Teacher Cultivating for Basic Education in Guangxi and Relevant Strategies——A Case Study of Guilin Normal College

摘要 文章从广西基础教育师资的现状出发,指出我区基础教育师资存在需求量大、结构失衡、学历层次偏低、信息化素质不高等不足,分析了师资薄弱的原因,并根据桂林师范高等专科学校的办学实践,提出从创新政府宏观指导下的教师培养机制、构建基础教育师资培养体系、提升教师的信息素质等三个方面,加强本地区基础教育师资培养。 In accordance with the teaching staff working in the field of Guangxi basic education, the paper attempts to examine the existent issues , such as a high demand for qualified teachers, imbalance of teachers' distribution in both disciplines and ages, some teachers' unsatisfactory- educational level and their deficient information literacy. On the basis of Guilin Normal College' s practice in running school in the last eighty years, it is argued that the cultivation of teachers for basic education should be reinforced in terms of three aspects, namely, innovating the cultivating mechanism under the macro-guidance of the government , building up the scientific system and enhancing teachers ' information literacy.
