教学技能是教师必备条件。作为培养未来政治教师的高师思政专业,培养学生教学技能具有重要现实意义。文章从建章立制、改革人才培养方案、打造双导师制、驱动协同育人、强化实践教学等方面培养思政专业学生教学技能。

Teaching skills are a prerequisite for teachers. It is of great practical significance to develop teaching skills aimed at cultivating prospective political teachers in colleges＇ ideological and political education major. The paper expounds the cultivation of the teaching skills of ideological and political education majors in the following aspects： establishing a formal system, reforming talent training programs, building a double mentoring system, driving collaborative education, and strengthening practical teaching.
