高职高专音乐教育专业建设的思考

Reflections on the Construction of Music Education Major in Higher Vocational Colleges

通过对桂林小学音乐师资的情况进行调查分析,发现高职高专音乐教育专业人才培养定位与社会需求逐渐不吻合,培养的小学音乐师资从教能力弱、专业技能不凸显,教学中产教融合与校企合作落实不到位等问题。提出专业建设中需校地共同制定人才培养方案,改革教学内容与方式,构建人才培养典型案例,实现校地深度合作,加强师资队伍建设,提高社会服务能力。以培养合格人才为目标,建设音乐教育专业。

Through the investigation and analysis of music teachers in primary schools in Guilin, some problems are found and carefully studied, such as the gradual misfit between talent training orientation of music education professionals in higher vocational colleges and the social needs, weak teaching competeney and professional skills of the music teaching teachers who were cultivated for primary schools, poor implementation in the integration of production and teaching in teaching process and school-enterprise cooperation. It is also pointed out that in the course of professional construetion, schools and localities should work together to formulate talent training programs, reform contents and methods of teaching, construet typical cases of talent training, achieve in-depth cooperation between schools and local areas, enhance the teacher team construetion, improve social services on the target of training qualified personnel and building mousic education specialty.
