摘要
服务外包是一种新兴的加工贸易,已经成为一项企业用以提高核心竞争力、降低运营成本、节省人力成本的战略性手段。目前空管局正面临着企业化改制的机遇与挑战,在服务外包方面应该具有前瞻性和预见性,在保障空管运行安全的前提下提高空管服务效率、节约人力资源成本。
Service outsourcing is an emerging processing trade, which has become a strategic means for enterprises to improve the core competitiveness, reduce the operating costs and save the labor costs. At present, the air traffic control bureau is facing the opportunities and challenges of enterprise restructuring, it should have the foresight and predictability in the aspect of service outsourcing, so as to improve the efficiency of air traffic control service and save the cost of human resources on the premise of ensuring the safety of air traffic control operation.
