摘要
论文首先分析了近年来有关于教学秘书角色参与教学管理的文献研究量,其次综述了教学秘书角色参与教学管理期间存在问题研究,包括学校对教学秘书队伍重视程度有待提升、教学秘书角色激励机制不完善、教学秘书自身教学管理能力有限。最后,围绕问题总结出了目前阶段有关于解决措施的研究综述,包括学校转变对于教学秘书在教学管理中的固有观念等,旨在通过研究为教学管理质量提升起到促进作用。
The paper firstly analyzes the literature research quantity of the role of teaching secretary in teaching management in recent years,and then summarizes the problems of the role of teaching secretary in the course of teaching management, including the attention degree of the school to the teaching secretary team needs to be improved, the role incentive mechanism of teaching secretary is not perfect, and the teaching management ability of the teaching secretary is limited. Finally, according to the problems, a summary of the current research on the solutions is given, including the change of school's inherent concept of teaching secretary in teaching management. The purpose is to promote the quality of teaching management through the research.
