摘要
VUCA时代变革职业教育人才培养,针对"软技能"的"软赋能"受到关注。论文立足时代背景,界定"软赋能"的内涵,分析保险业创新发展给职业教育人才培养带来的新挑战,探讨如何运用"软赋能"在改革高素质人才培养模式、整合校企教育培训资源以及健全职业资格认证等方面发挥重要作用,旨在全面提升保险职业教育人才培养质量,促进新时代保险业人才战略的顺利实施!
In the era of VUCA, the talents training of vocational education is reformed, and the "soft empowerment" of "soft skills" has got more attention. Based on the background of the times, this paper defines the connotation of "soft empowerment" and analyzes the new challenges brought by the innovation and development of insurance industry to the talents training of vocational education. It discusses how to use "soft empowerment" to play an important role in reforming the training mode of high-quality talents, integrating the educational and training resources of schools and enterprises, and perfecting the vocational qualification certification. The purpose of this paper is to improve the talents training quality of insurance vocational education and to promote the smooth implementation of the insurance talent strategy in the new era.
