Strengthening the Cornerstone of the Quality Culture of Military Industry by "Craftsman Spirit"——Taking Changsha Aeronautical Vocational and Technical College as an Example

建设高等教育强国的基础就是不断提高人才培养的质量,为此,转变我国当前高等人才培养的模式有着一定的重要性。基于此,论文对用"工匠精神"筑牢军工质量文化的基石进行探究,进而深入分析学院人才培养的策略,以此提升人才培养质量。

The foundation of building a powerful country of higher education is to continuously improve the quality of talent cultivation.Therefore, it is of great importance to change the current mode of training higher talents in China. Based on this, the paper explores the strengthening of the cornerstone of the quality culture of military industry by ＂craftsman spirit＂, and then deeply analyzes the strategies of talent training in colleges, so as to improve the talent training quality.
