应届毕业生在与企业签订就业协议后到正式入职前,企业暂时没有机会管理这些"准员工",而学校方面也往往因为是其毕业生而疏于管理,因此形成了一个管理的"空窗期"。中交四航局近年来通过企业共青团组织工作前置,用临时团支部的形式将"准员工"纳入企业的团组织管理,有效地加快"准员工"组织社会化过程,促进其尽快完成身份转化。
After the year's graduates sign the employment agreement with the enterprise, before they officially join the enterprise, the enterprise doesn't have the opportunity to manage these "quasi employees" for the time being, and schools often neglect the management of them for they are graduates, thus a "window period" of management is formed. In recent years, through the preposition of the Communist Youth League of enterprises, the CCCC Fourth Harbor Engineering Company Limited has brought the "quasi employees" into the management of league organization in the form of temporary league branch, which has effectively sped up the socialization process of "quasi employees" organizations,and promoted their identity transformation as soon as possible.
