In the development of municipal management, the requirements for the development of the utility pipe gallery work are becoming more and more strict. Through applying the intelligent tunnel monitoring system, a foundation can be laid for the key points control of the whole monitoring and management work. In view of this, the paper studies the intelligent monitoring and management system of municipal utility pipe gallery.
