人造革Foam层非牛顿流体在圆管中流动特性研究 被引量:2

摘要 介绍了非牛顿流体的研究背景,提出了非牛顿流体的一般性流动模型,介绍了数字式旋转粘度计的测试原理,并且针对某公司人造革Foam层的材料,进行试验测试,得到该流体的流变参数特性曲线,确定了该非牛顿流体的类型。总结得出该非牛顿流体管道流动的平均速度与出入口压力差、管壁处的流体剪切应力以及流体本身的粘度的关系,对之后的设计管道运输工艺设计、管道运输管壁残留控制具有很好的参考价值。 Based on the research background of non-Newtonian fluid, the general flow model of non-Newtonian fluid is put forward. The test principle of digital rotational viscometer is introduced and the test is carried out for the material of Foam layer of artificial leather. The rheological parameter characteristic curve of the fluid is obtained and the type of non-Newtonian fluid is determined. The relationship between the mean velocity of the non-Newtonian fluid pipeline flow with the inlet and outlet pressure difference, the fluid shear stress at the pipe wall and the viscosity of the fluid itself is concluded. A reference for the design of pipeline transportation process and pipe wall residual control is provided.
