术中低体温对全麻患者麻醉恢复期的影响及护理对策

Effect of intraoperative hypothermia on recovery period of anesthesia in general anesthesia and nursing countermeasures

目的分析在接受全麻手术治疗的患者中,术中低体温情况对患者麻醉恢复期产生的具体影响以及相关护理措施。方法选择本院在2016年2月～2017年12月收治的50例接受全麻手术治疗的患者为对象,依据均匀分组的方式将其随机均分成常规组与改良组,常规组患者术中仅接受临床常规护理,而改良组患者则在常规护理的同时接受低体温预防护理,对比两组患者不良反应发生情况以及主要临床指标。结果改良组患者出现不良反应的例数明显少于常规组,且各项临床指标优于常规组患者,两组患者数据比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于全麻患者而言,术中低体温对患者麻醉恢复期会产生不利影响,护理人员需要在患者术中给予其低体温预防护理。

Objective To analyze the specific effects of intraoperative hypothermia on patients during anesthesia recovery and related nursing measures in patients undergoing general anesthesia. Methods A total of 50 patients who underwent general anesthesia surgery between February 2016 and December 2017 were enrolled in the hospital. They were randomly divided into the regular group and the modified group according to the uniform grouping. Only clinical routine care was accepted, while the improved group received hypothermia preventive care while routine care, com- paring adverse events and major clinical indicators between the two groups. Results The number of adverse reactions in the modified group was sig- nificantly lower than that in the conventional group, and the clinical indexes were better than those in the conventional group. The difference in the data between the two groups was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion For patients with general anesthesia, intraoperative hypothermia can adversely affect the recovery period of anesthesia. Nursing staff need to give their hypothermia preventive care during the operation.
