磷酸奥司他韦颗粒联合小儿牛黄清心散治疗小儿流感病毒感染的疗效观察

Therapeutic effect of oseltamivir phosphate combined with Xiao'er Niuhuang Qingxin San on infantile influenza virus infection

目的小儿流感病毒感染运用小儿牛黄清心散联合磷酸奥司他韦颗粒治疗的效果分析。方法随机选取本院2016年3月～2017年3月所接收小儿流感病毒患儿142例进行研究,将患儿分为治疗组和对照组,各71例,对照组运用磷酸奥司他韦颗粒治疗,而治疗组则增加小儿牛黄清心散联合治疗,对比患儿的治疗效果。结果对照组总有效率是83.10%,治疗组总有效率是95.77%,治疗组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组退热时间以及咳嗽消失时间都比对照组短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不良反应对比,治疗组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论运用小儿牛黄清心散联合磷酸奥司他韦颗粒治疗,效果显著,值得广泛运用和推广。

Objective To analyze the curative effect of Xiao＇ er Niuhuang Qingxin San combined with oseltamivir phosphate in children with in- fluenza virus infection. Methods We randomly selected 142 cases of children with influenza virus from March 2016 to March 2017 in our hospi- tal. The children were divided into treatment group and control group, 71 cases in each group. The control group was treated with oxetatone Wei particles treatment, while the treatment group was increased Xiao＇ er Niuhuang Qingxin San combination therapy, compared with children＇ s treatment. Results The total effective rate of the control group was 83.10%, the total effective rate of the treatment group was 95.77%, the treatment group was superior to the control group, the difference was significant （P〈0.05）, the treatment group fever and cough disappear time compared with the control group, the differences were significant （P〈0.05）, adverse reaction, the treatment group was lower than the control group, the difference was significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Xiao＇ er Niuhuang Qingxin San combined with oseltamivir phosphate granule therapy have remarkable effect and deserves to be widely used and popularized.
