强化早期康复指导对急性心肌梗死患者的护理效果观察

Nursing effect of intensive early rehabilitation on patients with acute myocardial infarction

目的分析强化早期康复指导对急性心肌梗死患者的护理效果。方法 2013年5月～2017年9月,于本院收治的急性心肌梗死患者中选取78例,随机分为两组。为对照组患者提供常规护理服务,在此基础上,对观察组患者强化早期康复指导,对比两组护理效果。结果观察组护理后MH、RE、SF、VT、GH、BP、RP、PF分别为(76.68±8.98)分、(78.59±8.95)分、(85.28±10.28)分、(85.28±10.28)分、(86.39±10.2)分、(87.29±9.68)分、(78.59±12.58)分,均高于对照组,(P<0.05)。结论强化早期康复指导对急性心肌梗死患者的护理效果显著,能促使患者的生活质量提高,值得广泛推广。

Objective To analyze the nursing effects of intensive early rehabilitation on patients with acute myocardial infarction. Methods From May 2013 to September 2017, 78 patients with acute myocardial infarction admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into two groups to provide routine nursing services to patients in the control group. On the basis of this, Strengthen early rehabilitation guidance, contrast the two groups of nursing effects. Results In the observation group, after nursing, the scores of RPNPF of VTGH-BPPnP were （76.68±8.98）, （78.59±8.95）, （85.28±10.28）, （85.28±10.28）, （86.39±10.2）, （87.29±9.68）, （78.59±12.58）, respectively, which were higher than those of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Intensive early rehabilitation guidance has significant nursing effect on patients with acute myocardial infarction, which can promote the quality of life of patients and is worthy of widespread promotion.
