无菌医用胶贴合用医用自粘弹力绷带在小儿留置针中的应用

目的研究无菌医用胶贴合用医用自粘弹力绷带在小儿静脉输液中的应用及效果。方法选取本院2015年9月～2016年3月儿科病区320例住院患儿作为研究对象,随机分为实验组和对照组,每组160例。实验组用无菌医用胶贴合用医用自粘弹力绷带,对照组用传统的无菌透明膜合用胶布。观察两组患儿静脉留置导管固定效果以及并发症的发生情况。结果对照组套管针留置期间给患儿带来日常生活的不便,更衣、睡眠、洗漱时无意中碰撞、牵拉、摩擦等刺激,可致留置针脱出和液体外渗。实验组患儿成功例数、留置时间(>3 d)和平均留置时间均明显高于对照组,而针头脱落、重新固定例数明显低于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组患儿局部红肿、皮肤过敏、液体渗漏、导管周围皮肤破损例数均明显低于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论无菌医用胶贴合用医用自粘弹力绷带的弹性较好,通透性好,舒适、操作方法简单,固定效果好,是一种比较理想的固定方法,值得在临床应用过程中加以推广。

Objective To study the combined medical adhesive stickers sterile medical elastic bandage application and effectiveness of pediatric intravenous infusions. Methods A hospital in September 2015 -March 2016 pediatric ward were randomly selected 320 cases of hospitalized children as research subjects were randomly divided into two groups, 160 cases in each group. The experimental group combined with a sterile medical self-adhesive elastic medical stickers bandages, tape combined with the control group using conventional sterile transparent film. Adverse reactions were observed in patients with both groups, liquid leakage, intravenous catheter indwelling time, the number of detached catheter and so on. Results In control group during the indwelling trocar to the children bring daily life inconvenient, dressing, sleeping, accidentally collision wash, pull, friction and other stimuli can cause catheter prolapse and fluid extravasation. 160 cases of children in the experimental group success rate, retention time （〉3 days） and average retention time were significantly higher, while the needles fall ott, reseat the number of cases significantly lower than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）; group of children observed in 160 patients, local swelling, skin allergies, fluid leakage, broken skin around the catheter patients was significantly lower than the control group, and the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The combination of medical self-adhesive stickers sterile medical elastic bandage elastic good, good permeability, comfort, easy and simple, good anchoring effect, it is an ideal method of fixation, to be worthy of clinical application process promotion.
