观察贝那普利联合氨氯地平对老年高血压患者血压变异性的影响

Effect of benazepril combined with amlodipine on blood pressure variability in elderly patients with hypertension Outpatient western medicine room

目的探讨贝那普利+氨氯地平药物联合治疗方法对老年高血压患者血压变异性产生的影响。方法选择本院2015年9月～2017年10月收治的82例老年高血压患者作为实验对象,采用数字奇偶法分为两组,每组41例。对照组选择贝那普利治疗方案;观察组选择贝那普利+氨氯地平治疗方案;对比两组患者血压变异性以及临床疗效。结果同对照组患者血压变异性比较,观察组显著下降(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗总有效率(95.12%)显著高于对照组(68.29%)(P<0.05)。结论采用贝那普利+氨氯地平对老年高血压患者进行治疗,对于血压水平控制以及血压变异性降低可以获得显著效果,从而促进患者的病情好转。

objective To investigate the effect ofbenazepril amlodipine combined therapy on blood pressure variability in elderly patients with hypertension. Methods Eighty-two elderly patients with hypertension from September 2015 to October 2017 were selected and divided into two groups with 41 cases in each group. The control group was treated with benazepril and the observation group with benazepril amlodipine. Results Compared with the control group, the blood pressure variability of the observation group decreased significantly （P〈0.05）, and the treatment of the observation group was effective. The rate （95.12%） was significantly higher than that in the control group （68.29%） （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The treatment of benazepril amlodipine in elderly patients with hypertension can achieve significant effect on blood pressure level control and blood pressure variability reduction, thus promoting the improvement of patients＇ condition.
