多功能助力带在卧床患者护理过程中的应用效果研究

Study on the application effect of multifunctional booster band in the nursing process of bedridden patients

目的探讨多功能助力带在卧床患者护理过程中的应用效果。方法将2017年6月～2017年12月本院接收的72例卧床患者随机分成观察组和对照组,每组36例。对照组患者使用常规的护理方式对患者进行护理,而观察组则将多功能助力带运用到患者的护理工作之中,比较两组患者经过护理后压疮发生情况、满意度以及护理前后焦虑抑郁情况。结果观察组患者的压疮发生率5.56%明显低于对照组患者的压疮发生率27.78%,而观察组患者的满意度94.44%明显高于对照组患者的满意度69.44%,并且观察组患者接受护理后的焦虑评分(28.56±9.75)分、抑郁评分(19.89±8.77)分明显低于对照组的(38.89±9.08)分、(29.54±9.78)分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对卧床患者使用多功能助力带进行护理工作,有利于进一步的提升患者护理效果,更有利于患者的身体健康,值得推广。

Objective To explore the application effect of multi-functional booster band in the nursing process of bedridden patients. Methods 72 bed-rest patients received in our hospital from June 2017 to December 2017 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 36 patients in each group. Control group patients with routine nursing way to nursing care of patients, while the observation group took multi-func- tion power applied to the patient＇s nursing, compared two groups of patients after nurse the developed situation, the satisfaction and anxiety depres- sion before and after nursing. Results The incidence of pressure ulcers in patients with 5.56% observation group was obviously lower than the con- trol group of patients with pressure ulcer incidence of 27.78%, 94.44% satisfaction is significantly higher than the control group and observation group patients satisfaction was 69.44%, and the scores of anxiety in the observation group of patients receiving care after （28.56±9.75） points, depres- sion score （19.89±8.77） significantly lower than control group （38.89±9.08）, （29.54±9.78）, the difference had statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion For patients in bed using multi-function power with care work, is conducive to further promote the effect of patient care, more conducive to the patient＇s physical health, is worth promoting.
