复方甘草酸苷辅助治疗60例寻常型银屑病的临床疗效体会

Clinical efficacy of compound glycyrrhizin in the treatment of 60 cases of psoriasis vulgaris

目的研究对于寻常型银屑病的患者给予复方甘草酸苷辅助治疗的临床效果。方法选取2015年9月～2017年8月本院收治的60例寻常型银屑病患者进行研究,以随机数字表法将其分为对照组与治疗组,各30例。对照组给予消银颗粒治疗,治疗组在上述基础上联合复方甘草酸苷治疗,比较两组治疗效果以及治疗前后PASI评分改善情况。结果治疗组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前两组的银屑病皮损面积及严重程度指数(PASI)评分对比差异无统计学意义,治疗后,治疗组PASI评分改善较对照组显著,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论寻常型银屑病是一种常见的皮肤病,不仅威胁患者的健康,而且损害患者的形象,在常规治疗的基础上联合复方甘草酸苷治疗效果显著,有效改善其症状,值得临床推广。

Objective To study the clinical effect of compound glycyrrhizin adjuvant therapy in patients with psoriasis vulgaris. Methods 60 patients with psoriasis vulgaris admitted to our hospital from September 2015 to August 2017 were enrolled. The patients were divided into control group and treatment group by random number table, 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Xiaoyin Granule. The treatment group was treated with compound glycyrrhizin on the above basis, and the treatment effect of the two groups and the improvement of PASI score before and after treatment were compared. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. There was no significant difference in the area of psoriatic lesion area and severity index （PASI） between the two groups before treatment, after treatment, the PASI score of the treatment group was significantly improved compared with the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Psoriasis vulgaris is a common skin disease, which not only threatens the health of patients, but also damages the image of patients. On the basis of conventional treatment, the combination of anti-glycyrrhizin treatment is effective, and its symptoms are effectively improved. It is worthy of clinical promotion.
