中国国家男子短跑集训队身体训练框架与手段的研究

摘要 通过观察法、文献资料法展示,凭借跟队服务的经历分析中国国家男子短跑集训队身体训练的内容框架与具体的训练手段,为身体训练的科学化提高参考。研究结果表明,身体训练包括了传统体能训练、专项体能训练和功能性训练这3个部分,而这3个部分相互联系,不可替代。文章通过对中国国家男子短跑集训队身体训练的展示,为基层教练员、运动员提供参考,拓宽训练思路。 Through the observation method and literature data display, the content framework and specific training methods for the physical training of the Chinese national men's sprint training team were analyzed to improve reference for the scientific training of physical training. The results of the research show that physical training includes the three parts of traditional physical training, specialized physical training and functional training. The three parts are related to each other and cannot be replaced. Through the demonstration of the physical training of the Chinese men's sprint training team, the article provides reference for grass-roots coaches and athletes and broadens the train of thought.
