Discussion on the Historical Contribution of the Party Organization of North Hunan of CPC in the Anti-Japanese War

在全民族抗战过程中,中国共产党起到了中流砥柱的作用。中共湘北各地党组织利用国共两党再度合作、抗日民族统一战线建立的有利形势,发扬百折不挠、宁死不屈的爱国精神,采取地下活动和地上活动相结合、上级党组织指导开展工作和地方党员同志独立开展工作相结合、县行政区域范围活动和临近省县交界区域范围活动相结合的方式,高举抗战大旗,发动各界民众,抗击日寇暴行,为全民族抗战的最后胜利作出了重大贡献。

The Communist Party of China played a pivotal role in the Anti-Japanese War of the whole nation. The local Communist Party organization in North Hunan make use of the favorable situation of the KNIT and CPC cooperation again and anti-Japanese national united front to carry on the unyielding patriotism, based on the combination of the underground activities with events on the ground, the higher party organization with the local party member comrade to guide work independently, the activities of county administrative area and adjacent provinces county border area, meanwhile, exalting banner of the war of resistance against Japan and launching people to fight against the Japanese aggressors, which made a major contribution to the final victory of the Anti-Japanese War.
