大学生创新创业政策在高职院校实施现状探究——以江苏海事职业技术学院为例

Exploration on the Implementation Status of the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Policy in Higher Vocational Colleges——Taking Jiangsu Maritime Institute as an Example

该文以2010-2017年江苏省有关大学生创新创业扶植政策为研究样本,对创业基地建设、创业培训、创业教育、税收优惠政策、创业资金扶持、创业指导服务、工商登记简化等政策纬度进行归纳分析并设计问卷。从江苏海事职业技术学院近十年毕业生中进行随机抽样,通过数据分析,得出创新创业政策在高职院校中的实施情况,提出针对性优化建议,以为有关部门提供政策参考。

The article has selected the 2010-2017 years＇ policy of supporting the innovation and Entrepreneurship of college students in Jiangsu province, and analyzed the policy latitude from the construction of the base, the training, the entrepreneurshipeducation, the preferential tax policy, the support of the venture capital, the guidance service of the venture, the simplification of the business registration and also designed the questionnaire. The graduates are surveyed as random sample in the last decades in Jiangsu Maritime Institute, and the implementation datum of innovation and entrepreneurship policy are analyzed, finally, the optimization suggestions are put forward, aiming to provide policy reference for the relevant departments.
