考虑环境价值及调峰充裕度的多目标风电接纳水平优化 被引量:3

Multi-Objective Wind Power Acceptance Level Optimization Considering Environmental Value and Peak Adjustment Adequacy

摘要 为解决风电接纳过少引起的环境价值过低以及风电接纳过多导致的系统调峰安全问题,构建多目标最优风电接纳水平模型。以发电成本及污染排放总成本最小、系统调峰充裕度最大为目标,采用多目标量子粒子群算法求解得到帕累托前沿,再利用归一化的方法得到折中解。以含10台燃煤机组和1个大型并网风电场的电力系统为例,进行风电最优接纳水平优化,结果表明,所提模型和解法是可行、有效的。 In order to solve the problem of low environmental value caused by too little wind power acceptance and the system peak shaving safety caused by too nmeh wind power acceptance, a multi-objeetive optimal wind power acceptance level model was constructed. Ainfing at the mininmnl total cost of power generation and pollution enfissions and the maximum peak shaving adequacy of the system, the Pareto frontier was obtained by using nmlti- objective quantum particle swarm optinfization algorithm, and the compromise solution was obtained by using the normalized method. Taking the power system with 10 coal-fired units and a large grid-connected wind farm as an example, the optimal acceptance level of wind power was optimized. The results show that the proposed model and solution are feasible and effective.
