摘要
引入等效电量频率法,结合联络线的输送功率模型,研究考虑风电跨区消纳的多区域互联随机生产模拟算法,进而提出反映系统平衡风电调峰需求效果的风电消纳效能指标。以我国2020年某地区实际系统为算例,通过对比分析风电接入前后考虑区域间联络线传输能力的随机生产模拟计算结果,评估跨区电能输送对系统消纳风电的影响,为风电在更大范围内的并网消纳提供建议。
In this paper, combined with the probability model of tie line transnfission power, the equivalent energy and frequency function method was introduced to study nmlti-area interconnected probabilistie production simuation considering wind power cross-region aeeomnlodation. The wind power aeeomnlodation efficacy index was proposed to reflect the effects of balancing the peak-regulation demand of wind power. Finally, taking the power grid planning data in a region in 2020 as example, the calculation results of the probabilistie production sinmlation considering tie line transnfission eapaefly pre and post wind power penetration were eomparativly analyzed to evaluate the impacts of trans-region power transnfission on aeeomnlodation of wind power. It can provide some suggestions for improving large-scale wind power utilization.
