摘要
目的探讨应用普林格尔治疗仪配合马麦氏改良疏通手法治疗产后生理性乳汁淤积的效果。方法选取2016年8月~11月在我院就诊期间发生产后乳汁淤积患者60例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和实验组,每组30例。对照组实施常规护理,实验组在对照组基础上应用普林格尔治疗仪配合马麦氏改良疏通手法。对比两组产妇治疗后乳房肿胀硬度、乳房疼痛程度和临床疗效。结果实验组产妇乳房硬度级别、乳房疼痛程度均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组总有效率为100.00%,高于对照组的86.67%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论利用普林格尔治疗仪配合马麦氏改良疏通手法治疗产后生理性乳汁淤积,操作简单,乳房肿胀硬度和乳房疼痛程度均有明显改善,疗效显著,不仅减轻了产妇的痛苦,而且为母乳喂养提供可靠的保证。
Objective To investigate the effect of using Pringle therapeutic apparatus combined with Ma Mai's improved dredging method to treat postpartum physiological galactostasis.Methods 60 patients with postpartum physiological galactostasis from August to November 2016 were randomly divided into control group and experimental group with 30 cases in each group.In the control group, routine nursing was carried out,on the basis of the control group,the experimental group used the Pringle therapeutic apparatus in combination with the Ma Mai's improved dredging method.The breast swelling stiffness, breast pain degree and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results The maternal breast hardness level and breast pain level in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05).The total effective rate of the experimental group was lO0.O0%,which was higher than that of the control group 86.67%,the difference was statistically significant (P〈O.05). Conclusion The use of Pringle therapeutic apparatus combined with Ma Mai's improved dredging method for postpartum physiological galactostasis is simple,the breast swelling hardness and breast pain degree are significantly improved,the curative effect is remarkable.Not only reduces maternal pain,but also provides a reliable guarantee for breastfeeding.
