颧颞区微创切口治疗颧骨颧弓骨折的疗效观察

Therapeutic Effect of Fracture of Zygoma and Zygomatic Arch by Minimally Invasive Incision in Zygomaticotemporal Region

目的通过观察经颧颞区微创切口入路治疗颧骨颧弓骨折的疗效,探讨这种新的手术入路取代头皮冠状切口入路的可行性,评价其治疗颧骨颧弓骨折的应用价值。方法选择2016年1月～2017年7月于我院就诊的颧骨颧弓骨折患者26例,采用颧颞区微创切口入路治疗,术后记录患者的住院时间、组织肿胀情况、术区皮肤瘢痕长度、突度、色素沉着情况及患者自身对瘢痕的满意度等指标。结果所有患者经6～18个月随访,无失访,患者双侧颧部突度基本对称,张口度恢复良好,局部皮肤色素沉着不明显,患者自身对术区瘢痕非常满意。结论颧颞区微创切口治疗颧骨颧弓骨折的功能和美学效果突出,值得临床参考。

ObJective To observe the effect of transzygomaticotemporal minimally invasive approach in the treatment of zygoma fracture of zygomatic arch,to explore the feasibility of replacing the coronal incision of scalp with this new approach,and to evaluate the value of this new approach in the treatment of zygoma andzygomatic arch fracture.Methods From January 2016 to July 2017,26 patients with zygoma and zygomatic arch fractures were treated by minimally invasive incision in zygomaticotemporal region.The hospital stay,tissue swelling,scar length and severity of skin were recorded after operation.Pigmentation and the patient＇s own satisfaction with the scar and other indicators.Results All the patients were followed up for 6 - 18 months without loss of visit.The bilateral zygomaticus process was basically symmetrical,the opening degree recovered well,the local skin pigmentation was not obvious,and the patients themselves were very satisfied with the scar in the operation area.Conclusion The function and aesthetic effect of zygomatic-temporal minimally invasive incision in the treatment of zygoma and zygomatic arch fracture is outstanding,which is worthy of clinical reference.
