摘要 本实验室采用飞纳台式扫描电镜对锂电正负极材料进行了形貌观察及粒径分析。结果表明,在不喷金直接观察样品的情况下,能清晰地观察材料形貌特征,并对材料粒径分布进行有效分析,为材料的筛选分类及后续电性能研究提供了指导性意见。进一步的,研究了不同材料的不同制样方法,有效地降低了人员及设备的成本,提高了材料形貌观察及粒径分析的效率。 The morphology observation and particle size analysis of Li - ion anode and cathode materials were carried out by using Phenom desktop SEM. The resuhs showed that the morphology of Li - ion battery materials can be clearly observed without gold plating, and the particle size can be effectively analyzed, which can provide favorable guidance for the materials selection and classification and subsequent research on electrical properties. Furthermore, different sample making methods of materials were studied,which can effectively reduce the cost of personnel and equipment, and improve the efficiency of material morphology observation and particle size analysis.
