摘要
本文首先通过喷涂底胶对比试验,择优选择较适合喷涂波音机型零件的底胶材料。其次重点介绍喷涂底胶工艺中经常发生的故障,分析故障产生的原因,建立预防措施,降低故障发生几率,有效保证胶层质量。最后通过预防措施实施和设备保障的建立,不仅使胶层性能符合波音机型的要求,而且有力保障后续进行定期裂纹扩展试验及滚筒剥离试验试验结果稳定、达标,符合BAC5555《结构胶接用铝及铝合金磷酸阳极化工艺》和BMS5-89《缓蚀型胶黏剂用底胶》标准文件的要求。
Several anti - corrosion primers were studied, and the best suitable one was selected to aircraft parts of Boeing' s airplanes in this study. The process hindrances and their causes during primer printing were analyzed, and the con'esponding countermeasure to hindrances was also developed to assure the good quality of primer film. The precaution of processing failures and maintenance of equipments effectively avoided the primer film defects and ascertain the stability and effectiveness of crack propagation test and roller stripping test. The selected primer and its improved processing methods ensure the good anti - corrosion efficacy to Boeing' s airplanes and conformed to the criterions of BAC5555 and BMS5 - 89.
