从猪胆中提取胆红素的研究

Study on Extraction of Bilirubin from Pig Bile

以猪胆为原料,利用钙盐法和直接法提取胆红素,通过水解、酸化、萃取、蒸馏、结晶得到胆红素,用熔点法进行检验。考察了提取方法,水解时间,水解温度,水解p H对胆红素收率的影响。研究结果表明,用直接法提取胆红素的最佳条件是:水解时间30min,水解温度85℃,水解p H11。胆红素收率达到83. 35%。

Bilirubin wasextracted from pig bile by calcium salt method and direct method. Bilirubin was obtained by hydrolysis, acidification extraction, distillation and crystallization, and was detected by melting point method. The effects of extraction time, hydrolysis time, hydrolysis temperature and hydrolysis of pH on the yield of bilirubin were investigated. The results showed that the optimum conditions for direct extraction of bilirubin were hydrolysis time 30 min, hydrolysis temperature 85 degrees Celsius and hydrolysis pH 11. The bilirubin yield reached 83.35%.
