摘要
本文使用直流叠加脉冲电源替代传统直流电源进行硬质阳极化加工,研究常见铝合金材料采用直流叠加脉冲电源加工需设置的电源参数,并对各项参数进行优化与总结。较好解决硬质阳极化工艺使用传统直流电源易发生灼烧现象的质量问题,经检测采用改进电源加工的零件,符合BAC5821《硬质阳极化工艺》要求,降低了报废的几率。
Industrial aluminum alloys were hard anodized by DC overlapped pulse power source in this study. The anodizing parameters were studied and improved. DC overlapped pulse power source replaced the traditional DC power source because of its advantages, and it could decrease the serappage of hard anodizing film significantly. The hard anodizing film on aluminum alloys prepared by DC overlapped pulse power source conformed to the criterion of BAC5821.
