摘要
本文提出一种导叶漏水量诊断新方法,通过二次最小二乘拟合模型对反s形的导叶前后压力水头下降曲线H (t)进行分段滑移拟合,过滤暂态过程,以找到平压装置关闭的时间点,对该点求导后计算得出导叶漏水量。该方法不需要测量闸门漏水量,从根本上排除了闸门漏水量对导叶漏水量计算的干扰。
In this paper, a new method for diagnosing the gate leakage is proposed. The two times least square fitting model is used for piecewise slip fitting of the front and rear pressure drop cm've H (t) of the reverse S shaped guide vane. The transient process is filtered to find the time point of the closure of the fiat pressure device, and the gate leakages are calculated after the point is studied. This method does not need to measure gate leakage, and fundamentally eliminates the interference of emergency lock leakage to the calculation of the gate leakage
