摘要
本文以湖南某500kV线路复合绝缘子断裂事故为例,描述了复合绝缘子护套破损、芯棒蚀损的形貌特征,并对造成故障的可能原因进行了分析。结合运行经验及试验论证,认为端部缺陷是导致该复合绝缘子断裂的主要原因,并对复合绝缘子的运行维护等工作阶段提出了建议。
In this paper, a fracture accident of a 500 kV line composite insulator in Hunan is taken as an example to describe the topography characteristics of sheath damage and mandrel erosion of composite insulator, and the possible causes of failure are analyzed. Combining with the experience and experimental study, it is concluded that the end defect is the main reason leading to the fracture of the composite insulators. It puts forward some suggestions on the operation and maintenance working stages of composite insulators.
