智能机器人应用下的换流站巡视模式探讨

随着"少人值守"换流站管理模式的推广,常规的设备巡视模式已不能满足新形势下换流站巡视工作的需求。文章通过对智能机器人巡视系统功能进行优化拓展,详细阐述了"少人值守"模式下一种新型的换流站设备巡视策略,有效地解决了常规巡视模式下重点不突出、耗时费力的弊端,极大地提升了换流站设备精益化管理的水平。

With the popularization of the ＂ few people-attended＂ management mode in the converter station, the normal equipment inspection management mode can not meet the needs of the converter station inspection work. By optimizing and expanding the function of intelligent robot patrol system, this paper expounds a new type of equipment inspection strategy of converter station in the mode of ＂few people-attended＂. It effectively solves the disadvantages of less focus, times and labor consumption under the normal patrol mode and also greatly improve the level of lean management in converter station.
