基于星轮结构的变电站屏柜爬楼装置研制

摘要 针对变电站二次屏柜狭窄环境施工安全风险大、费时费力的不足,研发一种星轮结构的电动爬楼车,结构稳定、省力50%,爬楼适应能力强,同时具有安全高效、节约成本的优点,特定条件下可节约成本50%以上。 Aiming at the problem of construction safety risk, time-consuming and great effort in a narraw enviroment a threestar wheel motorized climbing vehicle of power driven is researched. It has a stable structure and can save 50% effort, which is especially suitable for climbing stairs. Compared with traditional handling way, it possesses the advantages of safety, high efficiency and low cost, It can save more than half manpower effort and costs under specific conditions.
