This paper analyzes the contradiction between the supply and demand of materials professionals and the needs of enterprises in Colleges and universities, discusses the personnel training mode combining undergraduate education with professional qualification certification and theconstruction of its teaching system, and points out that the close cooperation between universities and enterprises will help to cultivate high-quality materials engineering technology.
