春季高考生源的服装设计与工程专业人才培养改革研究——以烟台南山学院为例

Study on the Reform of Talent Development Program of Clothing Design and Engineering for Students Recruited from the Spring College Entrance Examination

以烟台南山学院服装设计与工程专业为例,基于“应用＋技能”人才培养方向的改革理念,在分析了春季高考生源特点的基础上,从培养模式改革、人才培养方向转变、教学计划调整、师资队伍建设等四个方面提出了人才培养改革的有效途径,取得显著成效.

taking the Clothing Design and Engineering of Yantai Nanshan University as an example, based on the reform idea of “application ＋ skill”, based on the analysis of the characteristics of the students Recruited from the Spring College Entrance , this paper puts forward the effective way of talent training reform from four aspects, such as the reform of training mode, the change of direction of talent training, the adjustment of teaching plan and the construction of teachers team.
