为全面落实集团"1169"战略发展规划,国华电力公司始终坚持"环保领跑、效益领先、创新领航"的科学发展方向,围绕国华基建管控原则,围绕"三同两优一稳定"工程建设目标,依法合规开展工程建设,在近年来的寿光、宁东、九江、印尼爪哇等项目建设中,不断探索新的技术、新的管控方式。如基于业务流程的安全风险预控管理体系、基建安全"九化"管理,设计方面的一次再热汽温620℃、二次再热、主机高位布置、国产化高位收水冷却塔等新技术,累积和沉淀了一系列良好的"高标准开工、高水平建设、高质量投产"工程管理创新实践,为实现"建设具有全球竞争力的世界一流能源集团"改革发展目标而不懈努力。
