选煤厂重介浅槽系统智能洗选研究 被引量:2

摘要 重介浅槽分选机是选煤厂主要的洗选设备,重介浅槽洗选过程包括:浅槽悬浮液配制、悬浮液密度调节、上升流与水平流流量大小调节、合格介质分流调节,洗选参数调节直接影响洗后精煤质量提升幅度。目前,密度调节过程全部为人工操作,耗时长、效率低、准确性差,造成洗选产品质量波动大、介耗高的问题;产品质量监测滞后,不能实时根据检测结果对悬浮液密度进行调节;当配制悬浮液时,重介质添加过程为人工操作,密度调节操作过程耗时长,易造成生产出热值不符的产品和矸中带煤损失精煤的情况。基于以上几种原因需要对重介浅槽智能洗选技术进行研究,实现重介悬浮液密度调节自动化控制,保证商品煤质量稳定,降低介质损耗,为公司创造更大的经济效益。 Dense medium shallow slot separator is the main washing equipment of coal preparation plant, the washing process includes shallow slot suspension preparation, suspension density adjustment, upwelling and horizontal flow size adjustment, qualified medium distribution adjustment, washing parameters adjustment directly affects improving range of clean coal's quality after washing. At present, the density adjustment pro- cess are all manual operation, the problems of large fluctuation of product quality, high medium consump- tion are caused by time-consuming, low efficiency and poor accuracy; Lag monitoring of product quality monitoring can't adjust the suspension density in real-time according to the test results; dense medium add- ing process is operated by people in preparing suspension, it takes too long time to adjust the density, which easy produce the products of calorific value discrepancy and the losses of fine coal in gangue coal. Based on the above several reasons, the study of dense medium shallow slot intelligent washing technology is made, automatic control of dense medium suspension density adjustment is realized, which guarantees the stability of commercial coal's quality, reduces the dielectric loss, and creates greater economic benefits for the company.
