摘要 随着机械化程度的提高,高产高效施工工艺的普及,大型矿井工作面的施工成为普遍现象。矿井采用综合机械化掘进工艺,工作面越大,贯通距离越长,所以对于巷道贯通的精确性也提出了更高的要求。本文针对寺家庄煤业15116综掘巷道贯通的测量技术实践,分析影响综掘施工测量工作的因素,提出了具体的解决途径,不仅保证了巷道的快速掘进,也保证了矿井巷道的精准贯通工作的准确性,确保了安全生产、施工接续,为今后类似综合机械化掘进工作面快速掘进施工工艺的测量工作提供了技术积累。 With the improvement of mechanization and the popularization of high-yield and high-efficiency construction technology, the construction of large-scale working face in large coal mine has become a common phenomenon. More and more mines adopt comprehensive mechanized tunneling technology, the working face is getting larger and the transfixion distance is becoming longer and longer, so the higher requirements for the accuracy of roadway penetration are put forward. Based on the technical practice of 15116 fully mech- anized tunneling roadway in Sijiazhuang Coal Industry, this paper analyzes the factors that affect the survey work of fully mechanized excavation construction, and puts forward some concrete ways to solve the prob- lem, which not only guarantees the fast excavation of roadway, but also the accuracy of targeted through work of roadway. It also ensures the safety of production and construction continuity, and provides a technical accumulation for the measurement of the construction technology of the similar comprehensive mechanized tunneling face in the future.
