异步电动机改造为永磁同步电动机节能效果分析 被引量:2

摘要 为测试高压永磁同步电动机在发电厂应用中的节能效果,本文对某发电厂磨煤机高压永磁同步电动机进行了节能评估试验,测试了磨煤机分别安装高压永磁同步电动机和异步电动机时在不同给煤量下的有功功率、无功功率和功率因数等参数,进行了数据修正和节电率计算,并对试验结果进行了分析研究。结果表明,高压永磁同步电动机相比异步电动机综合节电率为8.42%,节能降耗作用明显,有一定推广价值。 In order to test the energy-saving effects of high-voltage permanent magnet synchronous motor in the application of power plant, the paper makes energy-saving assessment test about the high-voltage permanent magnet synchronous motor in a power plant's coal mill, active power, reactive power and power factor, etc. parameters under different coal supply of coal mill's installation in high-voltage permanent magnet syn- chronous motor and asynchronous motor respectively, data is corrected, power-saving rate is calculated, and the test resuhs are analyzed and studied. The resuh shows that compared with asynchronous motor, the synthetic power-saving rate of the high-voltage permanent magnet synchronous motor is 8.42%. The effect of energy-saving and consumption-reduction is obvious, and it has certain popularization value.
