摘要
利用原子吸收分光光度法中的标准加入法测定液体硫酸铝样品中微量铁的质量分数。通过比较验证国标法邻菲罗啉分光光度法与原子吸收法中的标准曲线法和标准加入法发现,标准曲线法因样品中基体干扰严重而失效,标准加入法与邻菲罗啉分光光度法相比,可获得准确的数据和良好的精密度,且其处理方法简便,使用药剂少。在非大批量分析样品的前提下,原子吸收标准加入法可代替邻菲罗啉分光光度法测定液体硫酸铝中微量铁的含量。
The mass fraction of trace iron in liquid aluminum sulfate samples was determined by standard addition method in atonfic absorption speetrophotometry. By comparing and verifying phenanthroline speetrophotometry, atonfie absorption standard curve method and atonfie absorption standard addition method, it was found that standard curve method was invalid due to the serious matrix interference in the sample. Compared with phenanthroline speetrophotometry, atonfie absorption standard addition method could not only obtain accurate data and good precision, but also had a simple treatment method and less use of chemicals. Under the premise of non-largescale analysis of samples, atomic absorption standard addition method could replace phenanthroline speetrophotometrie method to determine the trace iron content in liquid aluminum sulfate.
