苏东古镇水系与给排水现状及其改造方案

Present Situation of River System,Water Supply and Drainage and the Reconstruction Plan for an Old Town in Eastern Jiangsu

古镇的保护和改造是当今社会的热点,基础设施的建设必须先行。以苏东某古镇的改造为例,分析该古镇改造中的水系及给排水管网存在的问题,包括水环境污染严重、给水管网设施不完善、雨污合流制、生活污水未经处理即排放等;提出了一系列相应的改造方案,通过疏浚河道、沟通水系、增加配套给水管网、实行雨污分流等,致力于将古镇打造成一个环境优美的历史文化名镇,为今后我国古镇改造中的水系和给排水改造问题提供借鉴。

Currently, protection and reconstruction of old towns have been brought attention to and infrastruture construction should be given top priority. Taking the reconstruction of an old town in eastern Jiangsu as an example, this paper analyses the problems of river system and water supply and drainage pipe network including severe water environment pollution, incomplete water pipe network facilities, combined sewerage system and discharge of untreated domestic sewage. It also proposes a series of corresponding reconstruction plan which contributes to the construction of a beautiful, historic and cultural town through dredging the watercourses, connecting river system, increasing the supporting water supply network and carrying out rain and sewage diversion. This approach provides a reference for the problems of river system and water supply and drainage in the reconstruction of other old Chinese towns.
