粤东西北区域科技创新驱动经济发展的实证研究

Empirical Study on the Relationship between Scientific and Technological Innovation and Economic Development of Eastern, Western and Northern Guangdong

在分析粤东西北区域科技创新与经济发展现状基础上,运用灰色关联度分析方法建立计量模型,分析科技创新与经济发展之间的内在联系。研究表明,粤东西北区域的R&D活动人员、R&D经费支出与经济发展之间均存在较强正相关关系,科技创新对经济发展的拉动效应明显。基于此,提出了粤东西北区域加快科技创新驱动经济发展的对策建议。

Based on the analysis of the conditions of scientific and technological innovation and economic development of eastern, western and northern Guangdong, firstly this paper makes the gray correlation analysis on scientific and technological innovation and economic development of eastern,western and northern Guangdong, andthen builds econometric models for further study. The study shows that a positive correlation exists among RDmembers, RD expenditures and economic development in eastern, western and northern Guangdong, and that scientific and technological innovation produces more obvious pull effect on economic growth. Lastly,this paper haspointed out the countermeasures and suggestions to speed up scientific and technological innovation to drive the economic development in eastern, western and northern Guangdong.
