河南创新驱动战略与经济的协调发展研究

Study on Innovation Driven Strategy and the Coordinated Development of Economy in Henan

创新日益成为区域经济和产业发展的主导力量。利用定量分析方法,对河南创新驱动战略与经济发展的关系进行研究。研究结果表明,创新驱动战略的实施对河南经济转型升级具有积极作用,但仍存在创新层次较低、质量不高及投入失衡等问题。针对结论提出强化思想认识,提高创新的层次和质量;发挥政策导向,增强创新的针对性和有效性;加大财政投入,寻求创新的重点突破领域;完善投入渠道,优化和提高创新经费的结构和效率;培育创新意识,建立企业创新管理体系的建议。

Innovation has become the leading force of regional economy and industrial development. With thequantitative analysis method, this paper studies the relationship between Henan innovation driven strategy and economic development. Results show that the implementation of the innovation driven strategy plays a positive role inHenan economic transformation and upgrading, but there are some problems such as the low innovation and development level, the low quality and investment imbalances. This paper puts forward the suggestions such as strengthening the ideological understanding, improving the level and quality of innovation, playing policy guidance, increasing the pertinence and effectiveness of innovation, increasing financial investment, searching for the importantbreakthrough field of innovation, improving investment channels, improving the structure and effectiveness of innovation expenses, cultivating innovative awareness, establishing the system of enterprises＇ innovation management.
