高校“思想道德修养与法律基础”课供给主体建设路径探究

当今社会深刻变革、互联网技术快速发展,社会文化、观念更加多元,思想政治教育的环境、内容、方式、对象等都发生了变化,而"基础"课供给主体在理想缺失、职业倦怠、培训滞后、协同不足、机制滞后等因素影响下仍然存在理念滞后、自信缺失、轻教重研、缺乏合力的问题,严重影响了教学的实效性。为此,"基础"课供给教师要在国家、省、高校的大力保障下努力树立新理念,尽快融入新时代,采取教学"新配方""新工艺",强化理论信愿力,增强协同育人能力,在不断完善自我中更好地完成培养社会主义建设者和接班人的使命。

The course “Ideological and Moral Cultivation ＆ Legal Fundamentals” plays an important role in improving students＇ moral quality, social morality awareness and good legal consciousness, and also helping students to solve problems in their growth. In nowadays society, a deep reform is taking place, and Internet technology has rapid development, and social and cultural concepts are more diverse. The ideological and political education has changed, which contains environment, contents, ways, and targets. Because of lack of ideal,job burnout,training lag,lack of synergy,and mechanism lag, there are serious problems about the supply subject of ethic developing course, such as idea lag, lack of selfconfidence, valuing researches and despising the idea of teaching, and the disconnection in the education, which affect the teaching results. Therefore teachers need to set up new ideas, integrate with the Internet, adopt a new method, strengthen beliefs, cooperate with others, and accomplish their mission.
