景观桥“螺旋线”钢结构设计及关键加工技术

摘要 钢结构景观桥造型美观、跨越能力强,具有良好的景观效应。本文以中山岐江河-河两岸中垦景观桥改造工程为例,介绍了景观桥的主体钢结构体系特点及钢架连接方式,分析了"螺旋线"钢结构中弧形螺旋刚架的分段与连接、椭圆型H型刚架和大直径无缝管螺旋弧形刚架的加工制作。为后续城市景观桥的设计提供参考及借鉴。 The Steel-structured Jingguan bridge is beautiful in appearance and strong in span, which builds a harmonious landscape.This paper take the reconstructed Zhongken Jingguan Bridge between the two sides of Zhongshan Qi River as an example, introduce characteristics of main steel structure system and connection mode ofsteel frame, and analyze the section and connection of the arc spiral frame in the “helix” steel structure, the manufacture of the ellipse type H frame and the spiral arc rigid frame of the large diameter seamless pipe.It providesreference for the design of the following urban landscape bridge.
