摘要
法律风险识别、风险防控、风险防范教育等问题已经是决定大学生创新创业成功的关键性问题。梳理国内外国内外相关研究动态,寻求现有研究的经验、不足,在研究方法、研究视角、研究内容上提出展望建议,对于促进大学生创新创业的实践发展和理论研究具有重要的理论意义和现实价值。
It has become the key issues to determine the success of college students＇ innovation and entrepreneurship like legal risk identification, risk prevention, risk prevention and education. Combining relevant research trends at home and abroad, seeking the experience and shortcomings of existing research, proposing prospects and suggestions on research methods, research perspectives and research content, has important theoretical and practical value for promoting the practical development and theoretical research of college students’ innovation and entrepreneurship.
