创业教育与专业教育的融合是民办高校提升创业教育成效的必由之路,是提升人才培养质量的有效途径。在两者融合的组织模式方面,现阶段民办高校应优先选择侧重于磁石模式的混合模式,努力开辟推动两者融合的具体可行途径,促使两者在人才培养方案、课程体系、师资队伍、课堂教学以及创业实践等诸多方面实现深度有机融合。

The integration of entrepreneurship education and professional education is the only way for the private colleges and universities to improve the effectiveness of entrepreneurship education, and is an effective way to improve the quality of personnel training. At the present stage, the private colleges and universities should give priority to the Mixed Model focusing on the Magnet Model, and try to open up the concrete and feasible ways to promote the integration of the two, and make them realize a deep organic integration of the training program, the curriculum system, the teaching staff, the classroom teaching and the practice of entrepreneurship.
